Has anyone seen this buggy somewhere?

Looking for any info on this buggy. I just got it and was looking for its past info. It competed in calrocs at one time but cannot find any videos or info... Any help would be great thanks in advance!!!

I'm pretty sure I have seen in on nw-wheelers.com.  It was for sale recently either on there or Craigslist.
