On this thread over at zuwharrie ( http://bbs.zuwharrie.com/content/topic,33528.0.html ) it says that all that is really needed to do is cut the bolt shown in the first picture along the yellow line... my question is for anyone who has 4dr neon seats was this all that needed to be done?
