Cam pulleys & camshafts

I've been offered an adjustable cam pulley for my 16v 1.6 and was wondering if anyone has any experiences with using these? I'm looking to find ways of getting better low to mid range torque and thought that this may help by adjusting the cam timing. Also is anybody running a different camshaft in a 16v? If so what sort of changes has it made and do you have the specs for the grind?

Oh, this is weird!  The manufacturer of these things, Rotational Dynamics http://www.rotational-dynamics.com has removed all the Sidekick and Samurai stuff from their web site, and only has Aerio and Swift stuff now!  :o
