OK... I figured if my truck had a lift on it, then my sway bar and links would have more constant tension on them. That's my logic behind this, anyway. So, I found a piece of square tubing that was about 1 1/2" inch square and 1/4" thick, cut it to length, based on my sway bar mounts, then cut this piece in half, then drilled two matching holes in this tubing to align with the threaded holes in my frame, then mounted my sway bar to these.
These mounts push my sway bar forward and downward. Do they work? I guess they do.

I installed these in 2007 and they have been on there ever since. I changed my sway bar links once since then. I replaced the original OEM links with a new set of Moog links about four years ago.
For what it is worth.
