All sorts of bad noises

Hey everyone. First post. I really could use your help.

I have a 1995 Suzuki Sidekick. The car started acting weird recently. The best way to describe the sound is a galloping idle. It also has very little power and has difficulty exceeding 45 mph. The first thing I did was check my timing, and it is timed properly per the Hayne's manual. The next thing I did was readjust the clutch and throw in some fuel injector cleaner. It worked for around 3 days and it started back again.

My next inclination was valves. I bought all the stuff and readjusted the valves to spec. The car ran beautifully for around 3 days at which point it went right back to the initial behavior but much worse. Now the car barely runs. I'm afraid I overtightened one of the rocker arms, but even if I did it's adjusted properly and should have been displaying bad behavior immediately - not a few days later.

I'm sure my clutch is going bad. There is noise that sounds like a dying throw out bearing. But that shouldn't be causing the engine to behave this way. It feels like its not getting enough air.

I'm curious if I hooked up a vacuum line wrong or there is a leak in one of them. Does anyone have any other ideas?

Thank you!

There can be lots wrong but it comes back to the same thing ,Is it fuel or electrical issue or clogged cat ? Good luck on your repair. But start with simple things like fuel filter
