**** Broke out the meter and did some voltage checks. Turned out my brand new bulb was bad out of the package. Replaced it with another (tested) bulb, and we have light!
 
 Still have not worked out the 12v outlet in the center console.



Well I noticed the other evening that the dome light in my 2000 Tracker 2d was not working. Figured it was the bulb so I replaced it. Still not working. Replaced the fuse. Still no go. I then noticed that the 12v cigarette lighter/outlet in the center console is not working either. I am guessing these are connected to each other some how?

Any thoughts on where to start looking for the problem?
