Hi guys,  I have a US made (Non-Cali) 1994 Geo Tracker 4x4, 2 door, 1.6 --8 valve engine, 3 speed auto.  Great little truck. 
It has been my daily driver until about 3 weeks ago.  I have NO SPARK.  Compression is Over 150 in all clinders, the timing belt is good, marks lined up, bolt torqued to 94 lbs, new cap, rotor, wires, and plugs, fresh fuel, fuel injector is working, I cleaned the EGR and vaccum tested.  The battery is fresh and good, the ECU was orginal and so were caps, so I shipped it to Speedomter guy repair in Minnesota to service/replace caps.  Put the ecu in, new coil, new ignition module----NOTHING.  No Spark.  I checked and replaced the fuses under the dash and the ones under the hood by the battery.  NO CODES, just 12.  My suspect now is the mysterious noise suppressor.  I have ordered one (none to be found in Michigan--Autozone, O'Reilys, NAPA, Advance or even E-bay or Amazon).

Can some give me the Multi-meter ohms test for the noise suppressor?  I can only find the 3 wire test specs on-line 
It is the two wire Suzuki part Number 33551-60A10 (photo attached)

I tested the old coil and ignition module---they tested good, but they were cheap and over 20 years old, so I changed em.

I seriously doubt it is the noise suppressor.  If I recall correctly, it just goes from the vehicle ground to the coil ground, and thus will have no impact on the coil function.

Install the old components one by one until you find the non-working component.  Obviously, you will need a second ECU to test it, but hopefully you have not discarded the other components.  The original components were likely of much higher quality than the replacement parts.  If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Was the ECM tested, after the caps were replaced?
I don't believe the noise suppressor on an 8V has any effect on spark/starting. Now, on a 16V it does...if the noise suppressor is bad/missing, the engine won't start/run.
My guess (if the ECM was repaired properly), is that one of the "new" components is bad. It happens. Like Jonny suggested, start putting the old pieces back in, one at a time, until you find the faulty new part.

If you have a multimeter you can start checking for power from the ecu to coil and so on.

Thanks for the replies, I appreciate it!  I tested the coil, both the new and old, with a Multi-meter---both test out as good, I replaced it because the part I replaced it with is a name brand and the old one is 22 years old and over 100,000 miles.  The old ignition module tested good as well, but I replaced with name brand for same reason.  I have not tested the ECU besides putting it in car and checking for codes with paperclip--code 12 only & and the crank test ---nothing (no code 41, 43 etc).  The ECU was rebuilt by mandigital, who I think has repaired hundreds (if not thousands) of Trac-Kick ecus.  There was no burn or acid damage, just a slightly budging main cap.

I have cleaned all grounds and replaced all fuses (none were blown).  I can put old parts back on (coil & module) but I had no spark with them as well, I tested for spark----with repaired ECU in.  The only part left in the ignition system is the noise suppressor.  I am skilled enough to test it with a DMM, but I don't know the specs.  The new NS will be here early next week, if that does nothing---I am really stumped.
