So every one knows that it is impossible to make a weber climb a hill as is. I have heard of people taking and flipping the bowl around so that the vent is in the front. I have a empi carb on my samurai and i am not sure what it is. I think it is a form of a weber carb. Can somebody tell me how to go about turning the bowl around and how hard it is. I would some pretty in depth instructions on what to use but it would be greatly appreciated.

From what I have read the EMPI is more or less a 32/36 downdraft Weber knockoff with a few changes. 

In the standard Weber setup, the carb is bolted to the manifold so that the fuel bowl is at the front of the engine.  The fuel bowl is located right behind/under the carb fuel inlet nozzle.

Post some pictures of your current carb setup.

As I suspected your carb is bolted in the standard position with the fuel bowl facing to the front of the engine. 

To make it run better on inclines, the carb will need to be unbolted and installed with the bowl (fuel inlet) to the rear of the engine.  You might need to replace one or both of the coolant choke hoses with longer hoses to make this work.

Okay you have kind of got me confused. So am i spinning the entire carberator around or what am i doing. Dont I want the vent tubes to the front of the engine so that went i go up hills it doesnt drain all out the back. Could you maybe give me some more information on how to do this and how hard it is.

The vent tubes are venting the bowl, and they are part of the carburetor casting.  They cannot be separated or moved from the casting.

To install the carb with the bowl facing the back of the engine/firewall you will need to unbolt the carb (4-12mm or 13mm bolts) turn the carb 180-degrees, and then bolt it back down again.  You might also need to replace the choke  coolant hoses and adjust the other items hooked to the carb.

Depending on your skill level, this can be somewhat easy to somewhat difficult.  Good luck!

So I am going to have to relocate all of the throttle linkage as well.

Welp... I am finally done and it has worked. I only have one problem. The canister on the passenger side of the fire wall is leaking coolant from the bottom. I went ahead and just put a bold in it to plug it. I need to know if that is an okay fix i do not know what that part does. If you could give me some info on that to that would be great.

You probably had some coolant leaking from the coolant on the carb and it ran down to the fuel vapor canister.

This is the cannister that it is leaking from. It continues to leak coolants as the motor is running what should i do. Do i need to just plug it and leave it be or what.

You have hooked up the water choke coolant hose to that fuel canister.  That coolant hose from the intake manifold should be hooked up to your carb.
