You could probably purchase any cat delete dummy O2 sensor and just wire it with the plug needed for the Suzuki. The ecm is looking for the front sensor to constably change from 0-1 volt, but it is looking for the rear sensor to be a steady reading near to .5 volts. If it is following the reading of the front sensor, the ecm sets the fault. The cat doing its thing causes a steady O2 content in the exhaust, thus it is looking for that steady reading.
