Rock Rat,
I think the Tube Doors on a Kick would be sweeeettttt!!! If I lived closter I would definately get you to try it out. Fly down to Tennessee over a weekend and make a set ;D I have a 89 Kick to make them on and a 97 Tracker to double check everything ::)
Seriously, some tube doors with a easy remove/switch doors set up would be awesome.

i guess your right.  i used the wrong word.  cheap would be making it out of exhause tubing.  Inexpensive sounds alot better.

In the tite restraints of a zuk and kicks 1.5" .120 wall TUBING would be about all your going to get in.. Not saying you cant do larger but without modefying anything that size is best.

when i build my roll bar iam gonna buy the pipe from my old welding shop then take it to an exhaust shop for mandrel bending then take it all back to the welding shop and borrow a mig welder for 10 minutes

heres my second question my tracker is that blackish purpleish colour with red stripe and a white soft top

should i make the roll bar match the interior (grey)
the body (black)
or the striping (red)
