noticed lately that when the engine is cold, under 1500rpm  the car is really sluggish and just chuggs with no power, but as soon as you get up in higher rpms or after 3 min when the engine is warmed up she works perfectly? is this the fault of the autochoke? or is it something like vaccume hoses or something? any ideaS?
oh it's a 1996 16v
