The parts availability might be nice, but Honda con-rods are crap for starters.  Plus your Zuk would have that "violated" sort of feeling as if it's heart had been transplanted with that of an evil vehicle.

Also keep in mind Honda engines spin backwards from everyone else which is why most FWD cars have the Tranny on the driver's side and it's on the passenger side in Hondas.

It might be possible but it's probably way more work than it would be worth to adapt a FWD engine/tranny package than something that's at least got a RWD tranny available for it even if the engine is used for FWD and RWD platforms.

Just use half the chrysler bell housing and marry it to half your tracker bell housing..... cheap, fast, and easy!!!

Keep in mind that a fwd trans is open diff. So if the front tires come off the ground you just lost your go power. Another thing, each gear in the trans would be a gear reduction. For a rock crawler it might not be so bad but pretty low for anything else. Especially reverse. On top of that... Quite a project.

Ya well my friend with a Honda CRV, wishes he
bought an XL7 or GV, he put a header on it and
has whopper 215 tires, he says it can't get out
of it's own way, so I'd think twice about a honda
engine swap, Honda  :P

No offense intended but I'd use my Tracker for a doghouse before I'd put a Honda Engine in it.

Its against the god of hamamatsu law to put any "honda" engine in a zuke.

If you do that, godzilla will rise from the depths of the sea of Japan, swim over here, and stomp your house to pieces.

Don;t do it.  I know the zuke warrior gods quite well. They would not look kindly on such an act.
The Zuke is on its way out.  Getting a vehicle that will behave and be supported by the dealer.
