Our local club had a Meet & Greet Saturday so I got to play on the ramp. Not bad for just coil spacers and a 2" body lift. I still haven't done the strut mount flip or longer rear shocks. ::)

Thanks :) It's 30* ramp...the Meet and Greet was in Church Hill, TN. Did better than a Land Rover Discovery, Nissan Hardbody, Hummer and TJ. ;D

Hey Mr. Evil:

Since there is a Hummer (ewww...) pic posted, should I post my "SJ-425 SE ramp pic"?

Well...considering how you weren't there, you don't know Shawn and have never seen his Hummer...you are wrong. ::) I take offense to your statement because you are insinuating that I am not telling the truth. H1's don't flex worth a darn and Shawn is not the type of person to stop unless it starts to lift a tire.

TN_Tracker:

I have to agree with you even though I made the "ewwww" comment in my post.

As a former Pinzgauer owner, it was always irritating for someone to say "Hey, isn't that a Hummer?"

HOWEVER,

Although Pinzes and Hummers have few outward similarities in appearance, they have quite a lot in common mechanically.

The main similarity is the fact that they trade suspension flex for high ground clearance and locking axles.  The end result is still the same:  Both kick heinie off road in the hands of a trained (but not necessarily skilled) operator.

Here is mine on the RTI ramp at the Badlands (2003 ZookiMelt).  Beaten out for low score by a early model  stock Tracker 2-door tintop by scoring 213 points.

Just because it ain't at the top of the ramp don't mean it can't kick A$$ on the trail.  I know this from personal experience.

I think you should have won that one ACk...I'm pretty sure I saw that other person slip the judge a $20...lol
And no H1's don't flex, but they don't really need to.

Wasn't trying to insult you, wasn't insinuating anything
took a look a the pic and given that I couldn't see the other front tire and that one could be the one that is lifting the rear of the hummer looked a little flat to me.
So if you still want to take offense at me that is fine.
I offer up an apology. :-[
when I'm doing a ramp I go until a tire is in the air and then stop.
You most likely are trying to get a true reading wich is going until a tire lifts then back down to where all the tires are on the ground again.
and pictures don't lie now do they.

No problem ;D I've seen that video before. Looks like a 20* ramp and his right front tire was almost as high as his left before he decided to crunch it. Just to repeat myself ;), H1's don't flex.
