Warn Industries Introduces All-New VR EVO Winches
Clackamas, OR (8/22/19) – Warn Industries has released an all-new series of standard-duty truck/SUV winches. Called VR EVO, these recovery products will redefine value in the standard-duty winch category by adding desirable features, upgraded performance, and a great new look.

The WARN® VR EVO is the evolution of the VR series of winches, which have become known for their combination of solid performance and great value, all backed by Warn’s renowned customer service and industry-leading warranty. The new WARN VR EVO winches are the best-performing standard-duty winches Warn Industries has ever offered. They will up the ante in the entry-level segment by featuring upgraded technology and better performance while offering the reliability, durability, and support end-users expect from the company that first pioneered the electric truck winch in the 1950s.
The New Standard in Standard Duty
Warn has taken its standard-duty winches to a new level by offering first-rate features on these winches as standard equipment. This includes IP68 waterproof construction for reliability in all conditions. There’s also a new two-in-one remote allowing for either wireless or corded operation, giving users increased options for winch operation. VR EVO uses a dependable Albright contactor providing excellent efficiency and durability. A cast-aluminum tie plate gives VR EVO extra strength under load, and as with previous models, the winch’s control pack is relocatable allowing for various mounting configurations, especially when the winch is placed inside a bumper. Finally, the all-new industrial design—complete with aluminum-wrapped motor- and gear end housings—provides a premium style that looks great on any vehicle while providing increased cooling and efficiency.

Capacities and Rope Options
Warn will offer the VR EVO in three capacities: 8,000 lbs. (3629 kg); 10,000 lbs. (4536 kg); and 12,000 lbs. (5443 kg).
