After welding up my own hitch I decided to design and build a trail rack that could be assembled out of easily available materials and simple tools, no welding involved. Take a look at the pics and give me your opinion.
Thanks

The materials came from Home Depot. Ignore the bungee cords, I just removed a plastic container I use to haul small items.

Very good job.  Great, especially since it no welding and simple tools.  Why don't you take some how-to pics and do a write up for Zukiworld so it get into the tech archive?  Maybe the kick hitch too?

Just an idea.  I'm sure the readers would like it.

Yankee Tim,
That's a great idea. Could someone give me an idea of what's required for me to submit an article? Thanks for the comment. ;D

TN, write it out in Word. Within the article place (inster pic1 here) where you want each pic placed and e-mail the word file and pic's to Eric (ebewley|removethispart|@zukiworld.com) He then reviews it and lets you know what he thinks.

"Nice rack!"
;D

I especially like how light-weight it is.  This will make an excellent addition to the swing-away bumper we already use!

Thanks!

Thanks Nate. It pales in comparison to all of your mods, especially the bumper. 8)
Could you give me part # for your fender flares. I looked in the Whitney's Catalog but I'm not sure which ones you used.
