Suzuki Vs. Consumer Reports..

I didn't know that there was a place where you could listen to an argument between Suzuki and Consumer Reports on a radio show... guess I am a little slow. For those of you that haven't heard it, here is a link. It's under September 19th. You have to have something that will play an MPEG-4 file, Real Player will play it.

I just heard the broadcast.   CU should be ashamed.  It's just like the media to try make news instead of just reporting it.  And why are they sleeping on other vehicles like the Kia Sportage or Ford Focus and some other tin can death traps?  Money perhaps?

Back in '88 CR was moving into a newer, more expensive facility.  THey needed a revenue boost in the worst way.  SO, create a crisis that didn't exist, sensationalize it, and thus sell a lot of magazines.  Presto!  Answer to your revenue boost!

WHen it comes to toasters and telephones, they do ok.  WHen it comes to cars and trucks, I have a lot of issues with their so called reliability ratings.  Suffice it to say, if it don't say HOnda or Toada, then its no good, per CR
The Zuke is on its way out.  Getting a vehicle that will behave and be supported by the dealer.
