Well, first off, it handled the deer real well, I was going 50 mph and it darted out imediately in front of me, by the time I hit the brakes it was too late. It was perfectly drivable, $2100 in damage is a lot of time for the paint work to match the fire engine red paint, it's not an easy color, but they got it perfectly. It needed an inner fneder, outer fender, grill, the chrome pice with the bow tie for the grill, and they replaced the bumper cover since the insurance was picking up the tab. But it only had two tiny dimples in it, I was extremely impressed with how well it held up. Now about the adjusters, I can't remember exactly but there is a little hole on the top to adjust the up and down, you'll need a long screw driver, and I'm pretty sure it's under a little plastic cap that's round. By the way do you have a Vitara or a Tracker? Sorry, gotta look back thought you said Tracker. To adjust it side to side you have to pop off the grill, which pops off, but if you don't have to don't, the body guy was having a hard time gettign it back on without scratching it. Hope this helped a little more, Dave
