Kicker that's nothing...lol The UPS guy was handing me pieces from my box, it was split wide open heck the control arms weren't even in the box. The UPS guy was handing me hands full of the stuffing. You feel better now

NY_SIDEKICKER and Agent_Orange, your case of mishandling sounds bad but, from the past deliveries I have had to Maryland coming from California have alway's arrived intacked and without abusive UPS handling. When your product leaves the shipper it is packaged appropriately and should it arrive damaged from the UPS then you can fill out a form with UPS Customer Service and file for damages or call for more information.
