I need one to develop stuff, so I think I'm just gonna buy one.

Any info you can give me to help me pick one would be appreciated. I'm mostly concerned about having something I can use to develop products that will be compatible with what most people have. F&R bumpers, sliders and maybe skid plates.

I know there is 2dr and 4dr and sliders would obviously be different for those. What about F&R bumpers? Anyone know?

At some point they changed significantly 98 maybe?

If anyone has or sees a CHEAP 4wd model within reasonable driving distance (that is about 1000mi for Texans), let me know. It doesn't need to be real pretty but should be fairly solid mechanically.

Well, I own a 94 4 door and can say that some rockrails or tranny skid plates would be nice.  I don't think that the bumpers from 89-98 differ in both 2 and 4 door models are different.  My brother has both front and rear shrockworks bumpers on his sammi and we both agree that they both look good and perform great.  

Why couldn't you be a little closer, im going to be parting out a 93 4door. i just need the engine and ecm and the gears out of it. but it look's like im about 2223 miles from you or 1937 miles from sacramento,ca. i could maybe do some kind of trade for some of your handy work for it if your looking to save on cash! not sure what a truck would charge you? it might be a good one for pushing around for pic's?
