I wanted to knwo who sold spring spacers for a 90' Tracker.  I was planning to go with a 2" - 2.5" spring spacer so I could put some ProComp 3000's in there too. I can get the ProComp's new for ~200, plus whatever I could get the spacers for.  Its a bit cheaper then any other 2" out there.

Also, has anyone tried to run spring spacers?  I was wondering if there would be any problems with camber from the IFS.

Ill be honest with you.
Lots of people told me not to go over 1.5" spacers in the front and i did not listen to anyone and went for the 2" spacers + longer struts cause the original became too short .. anyway i ended up almost killing myself because stuff started to bend because it was too high ... anyway i learned my lesson next time im listening to the boys before doing anything lol

yeah, thats whay I was worried about.  I didn't know how much I could flex on the stock wishbones.  I guess I'll have to look for different struts, I can get ProComp shocks for the rear in stock size, but I was told that the front struts were 2.5" longer, and would need to be lifted.  

I'll probably get at least the 1" spacers to get a bit more clearance for 235's, and some new OEM bushings to stiffen it up a bit more.

I live in Surprise which is a burb of Phoenix, AZ.  Lots of good desert wheelin' here.

I put 2" spacers in the front of mine with no problems at all. I made a camber adjustment in the strut  and made strut spacers and removed the sway bar. In the rear I used 2" spacers and 4 door rear coils with shocks that are 3" longer than stock. I get awesome flex and my truck drives nearly as good as stock and I have had no breakdowns even with fairly hard off road use.

biker, where did you get the spacers and shocks from?  Got a website?

I'm gonna get a new set of wheels too, right now I have 235/75/15 on a 15x8 rim.  If I get another 1.5" of lift, how much bigger of a tire can I go?  30? 31?

I bought the spacers from a guy in Vancouver, but you can pick them up at any offroad store. They fit a TJ and you need to trim out about a 1/4 inch from the middle to fit over bumpstops. In the rear the shocks are plain old Monroes from any parts store, part #32162. They should be about 14 inches collapsed and 23.5 inches open. I had to add clips to hold the spring from falling out as I had a bit too much flex with 10 inches of shock travel. With a very minor trim at the rear of the front fenders I have 31's and no rubbing issue. I also have a 3 inch body lift as well.

Ahh, well the body lift probably helps a ton on the rubbing issue.  

As for the tire size, I may go with a 30" tire.  Doing some number crunching, I found that the stock tires/rims of 205/75/15 have a rolling dia. of 28.7 inches.  I have a 15x8" rims and I figure with 3/4" spacers in the front and 1 1/8" in the rear, I should clear 30x10.5 tires easily.  I think the only rubbing issue I'll have is with the rear axle fully flexed, the rest should be fine.

I ran 30x9.5 tires on the stock rims and I don't remember having any rubbing problems. I'm running my 31x10.5 on a 15x7 rim with 3.5 backspace. On full flex I have about 1/4 inch to inner fender on rear. I'm not too crazy about wheel spacers and would try your setup first before shelling out for spacers or if you could borrow some tires and rims to try first.

Does anyone know where I can find OEM bushings?  I haven't checked the dealer yet, I'll go there as a last resort.  I contacted a bunch of websites but none of them had anything for my Tracker.  Anybody got any tips?

I CAN'T FIND ANY OEM BUSHINGS!  

I called Checkers, NAPA, Autozone, Car Quest, and a few other local places, none of them carried any OEM rear axle bushings.  Calmini only had bushings for their lift which would not work on OEM arms.  Rocky Road, no.  Wheelers off road, no.

The only place I could find tham at wa the dealer.
A-arm bushings x2: $41.99 ea.
Trailing arm bushings x4: $24.99 ea.
For a total of ~$184 for 6 bushings, just what I'd expect froma dealer.

HELP ME FIND SOME AT A DECENT PRICE PLEASE!!!!
