I know somebody has done this to their rig out there.  What's the ins and outs of it? ::)

I did the inside of my tracker floor. I just got some spray cans from Walmart. Probably not the best quality, but it worked well. I also did the bottom of my doors. Seems like a good mod to do, but one can does not go far. You might be better with the brush on stuff. :)

I did the interior of my Zuk with Herculiner.  Works great!!  It's a roll on instead of a spray on, but it does wonders.  Just make sure you use Xylene or Xylol as the prep chemical instead of Acetone (Instructions say use either) because the acetone doesn't soften up the existing finish enough for the Herculiner to bond.

I just pulled all the seats carpet, etc, fixed any rust I found, vacuumed out the truck, scuffed the surface with a scotchbrite pad, wiped it down with Xylene, and Herc'd it.  Stuff is tough and durable.
