I just scored a calmini body lift off of ebay for $100 shipped, its new in package.  Sorry if this dosn't help but I will take pics of the installiation and of the calmini product, maybe this will help you understand how the calmini lift works (if you don't already) and maybe it will spark some ideas on possiable design.

Hope this helps,
Aaron

Y run good f*cking old 3"x3"x3" steel square tube!!!!!

drill a hole in the center of 2 sides and bolt the bottom to frame with grade 8 hardwares and rebolt stock rubber bushings and bolts to the top of the tube.

You have now an 3.5" body-lift.

For the front just bolt the tube to de body and stock rubber and bolts to the bottom of the block.

I cut ,extend and weld the shifters and the steering shaft.

I drop the front driver side brake line.

Extant the gaz hose too...

do know of anybody that has a website with some pics of the steering shaft or just some pics of what i need for the steering? the drivers side brake line is it easy to relocate lower or am i going to have to buy new line and just route my own path? ive got all the 3" tubes cut and drilled just figuring out the rest of it.  thanks for your help.

The front break line are very easy to relocate...

Just to unscrew the rubber break line to the hard break line in the fender.

Drill a hole in the fendre(lower as possible).

Rebolt the stock break line to the hard line in the new hole and voilà!

the calmini kit was REALLY cheap.  if u had some hockey pucks and 2X2 tubing u could do it in you garage.  if u want i will give u a list of everything that comes in the kit just email me.  I used a socket as the steering shaft extention.
