ZUKS ON THE ROCK 2004 !!!

OCTOBER 15 – 18 2004

ZUKS ON THE ROCK 2004!!

For those of you who haven't heard, it's a Suzuki-type only weekend of wicked wheeling, tight trails and camping!!  Located on Vancouver Island, BC, we promise to show y'all a good time!!



Now I know this is kinda last minute, but we were originally going by invite only and didn't get much return on the invites.  Our snobbery has defeated us....so now we're throwing it open to everyone!!

This year we're wilderness camping, but the spot does allow for trailers.  There is a fee of $10/vehicle (whether support or wheeler) but that includes a ZOTR sticker.  There's also a vehicle requirement - you must have at least one locker and be riding on at least 30" tires.

If you're interested, drop me a line at sweetdiva|removethispart|@island4x4.com and I'll send you all the details.  We're registering trucks until Sunday, Oct 3.

Darno! I wooshed you would have given more notice. Vancouver Island is one of the places I'm / we're interested in going. How about a "non-event" wheeling weekend in the future?

I'm definitely up for a non-event wheelin weekend...once ZOTR is over :D I can only handle so many things at the same time ;)

I was all ready to go, then I found out my tow vehicle is being stolen for a trip over the mountains that weekend and won't be back for 3 weeks.  If only I was closer to road legal... and could go over 50.   ;D

Yah, you could see all of the impressive body work (dents)  ::) The poor ol' Sidekick is looking pretty rough. Especially since the trail incident this last weekend. I don't think I have one square foot of straight metal left on it. Unless you count bumpers. :)

We've barely rolled in the door, let alone uploaded pics.  But I tell ya, have we got some trails for you guys!  Name the time you're coming up and we'll be there to show you the way!

Kreg is doing a trip report for us, but until then, I'm sure some stories and pics will be posted in here or here or here
