Are you using EZCam bolts for alignment?

If so, my passenger side goes out after tough terrain as well. I think I need to replace them as I have had them on and off about 100 times doing mods and fits. May have stripped the ecentric a little or something. It definately rolls around after hard wheeling though.

Mine is Camber, but if he is not using a cam bolt his has to be toe or caster, which would be a tie-rod thing. Could also be he thinks it is out of line if the steering wheel is cocked. Which could be a slippy steering shaft coupling or stripping some teeth off the Pinion stub. . . ???

Mine is wearing to the inside of the tire. Im not sure if that is toe or not. I had Yokohama Geolander ATs put on about 3 months ago and at that time i had the alliment fixed. Ive been off roading 3 maybe 4 times since. I just went in to get the tires rotated and the pasanger side tire looked like it was a year old from wear.. the rest were kinda warn but not to bad.
