 ;D

Finally a snorkel for the XL-7 can be found at
http://www.suzisport.com/shop/ click on Performance then GV/XL-7 link and scroll down to it. Derek there says they will have stock in 2 weeks.

It sells for 325 AUD which converts to 245.16 US and about 59 shipping by mail or 110 for express.

Joejoekuo,

Anyway to order those for export to the US? A website or company name? Can you get them and ship them? Is it a complete kit? or is a fit from another truck?

Thanks in advance,
Nomaad

Upper one: http://www.fts4x4.com.tw/fts4x4/index.php3
The other: http://www.5wd.com.tw/
But these two web-sites are Chinese(Traditional). This is why I didn't link the homepage.

Me? I can get them and help you. But I need to ask someone to help me!

These two are only for GV. You need to ask someone to drill a hole on the side!

Was the bumper custom or is that one for another rig as well? What was done to the snorkel to get it to fit? Does it follow the body lines pretty good?

Thanks

No the front bar is designed specifically for the XL7 and is made by ECB

The Snorkel was adapted by replacing the angle piece in the inner guard with a flexable tube that was linked to the airbox intake in the inner guard. Very easy.

As far as fit goes it follows the line of the body and turret really well. The height of the snorkel is a little lower than some but as you can see from the photos it doen't intrude in my vision at all and is not the highest bit of the vehicle when entering underground car parks.

Australian vehicles are RHD so vision is important.

The snorkel came from TJM
