Has anyone put on the spacers that RRO sells ror the front and rear of the xl-7?  And if so do they go on very easy?  Thanks

Not sure you are talking about the spacers for the springs and not the struts. The struts are shock and a suspension link component.

If you are referring to the coil spring spacers from RRO, I have a set of 2" Jeep polyurethane in the rear. That was rather simple and easy to do. Problems I've found are parking brake cable and it's route limit droop, shock being too short for droop, and there is now an angle to the rubber joint pinion yoke.
The front is another story. I've tried 3 separate times to get a set of RRO's spacers installed with the stock lower control arm and stock coil spring. I haven't been successful. I planned to use the late model Trackick upper strut mount as it's smaller in height. However, you'll need the stock strut upper mount. I was able to document that the Trackick strut mount will fit into the -7's strut mount. It's ~1.5" lower in height. All is needed is a flat plate to mount the Trackick mount into the -7's mount. The problem I've had with the coil is when compressing it to get it installed, you can only compress one side of the coil which causes it to form into a 'C' and this doesn't quite work with getting it into the control arm.

I've written some info on it in the general forum, do a search and you should find it. I have some pics in my webshots.

I have the RRO spacers on my xl7. Works perfect, but now I need bigger tires.
Anyone have any idea on what dimentions might fit on a xl-7 with 1" coil spacers??
I am looking at 235/70R16 or 235/75R16...

I had the spacers on before my suspension lift and I ran 235/70/16 with no problems. May even be able to get away with a 245/70 with minimal rubbing. When I first bought mine (stock height)  it had 245/70s on and it would only rub backing out of the drive. Take from me I wish I had of gone larger and dealt with the rub. I can run a 30" right now and I am still stuck with 235/70s til they wear out.
