WOW!!!  :o

Did you do it yourself? What kind of SC did you use?

What does it take to change the grill and headlights to Vitara ones? Meaning do they just bolt on or do you need to change the whole support? I've been wanting to do it too cause the vitara lights look so much better.

Yes, I did all myself, except the new T6061 custom crankshaft pulley fabricated from a machine shop by my specs. I used JR Miata design for a reference. I'm using Eaton M62 SC. Now I'm eliminating some boost/vacuum leaks and will go dyno tune it. Hope to get the factory crank hp's to the wheels at least.
The Vitara grill and headlights are complete bolt-ons. No any modifications needed, except if you want to change the grill look a little as I did  :)

Hey SC...

Did you have the Tracker Dyno'ed before the SC'er?

What kind fo you have 2wd or 4x4?

I wanted to get  Enkei RTS wheels.  But they said they wouldn't fit on a 4x4.  And now they only have 6-114 bolt pattern

Sick man. Supercharged, total sleeper. Who would expect that!
I was thinking how sick the V6 would be twin turboed. But all my boosting love will go to my Honda CE1.
Anyhow, keep it up man, post up your dyno pulls and let us know how much whp you're hitting.

The tracker is 4x4 and the rims fits perfect. I tried some different but only these works on 4x4.
I haven't dynoed. I was on a dyno to tune it but they couldn't fit it on it. But it runs strong and safe. It used to downshift on a highway to keep the speed with cruise control activated but not anymore. Runs in 4th all the time now. I suppose the factory 127HP are now on the wheels. At least that was my calculations designing the system.
It has wide band O2 sensor, EGT sensor, Knock sensor with J&S Safeguard knock system. The engine safety was my first concern building the SC. I'm monitoring the engine under boost and it runs 12.5 AFR under 7 psi boost. And J&S doesn't retards the timing, just no need for that, no detonation.
Anyway I'm selling the tracker now and don't want to put any more money in it. I just got Mazda RX-8.
