Hi All,

Well I did want a vitara 5 door ( and still do) but as it happens i have just bought an old 1988 sj 413 samurai.

Now the work begins as the body is crap with more hole than that funny cheese!!

Dose anybody now a dealer in the uk for replacement body panels that i can get a catalogue from?

There aren't too many body panel suppliers for the SJs, Suzuki may have some left (could be v.expensive though) or try KAP Suzuki.

Generally speaking, most of us try to find straight parts (hood, fenders, front) at the junkyard.  I once tried to find a aftermarket hood from a body parts supplier only to get a price that was way too high.

So a lot of us troll the yards for a donor or fab patches.  Most of the wrap-around-the-corner diamondplate you see on 4x4s are there to cover rust holes.

good luck and best wishes on your search!  You'll probably do better than us North Americans as sales here ended for SJ-413s waaay back in 1995.  I hear they have been selling the same basic vehicle everywhere else in the world for a lot longer than that...

i know of a pair of doors , a rear door , in that sammy red if your interested,  I can get them for £10 i would have thought,,,,I live in hampshire, basingstoke.
