Started the Porting and Cleanup (pics) FIXED !!

Started the Porting and Cleanup (pics) FIXED !!

I decided to start porting and shaping the
16V cylinder head for the new turbo setup

Here is a shot of one of the chambers before
I started working on it




Here is after the rough grinding and shaping, I'll work
these chambers some more tomorrow with some 60#
grit flap wheel and some finer detail around the valves
with a dremel and a small burr

WOW that head mus of been in realy bad shape, it looks just like a X  :o It's gonna take alot of work to get that back working properly again  ;D :P

 ;D Just picking on you. I'm eating up your and Zag engine info, keep it coming. I have an 8V and a 16V sitting on the shop floor that will be torn apart for my first attempt at a rebuild  :o

Hey Wild

     Try using Explosivo's uploader, theres a link to it on the "Do it yerself engine Build" thread right near the start. Works like a hot dam.
