That's the way to do it, I found that even
in neutral the T-case gets spinning, the best
way to shift into 4-Lo is stop first, shift trans
to neutral, then in one move shift thru T-case
neutral into 4 -Lo, no grind if done right
That or learn how to shift with engine RPM
to syncronise the T-case
