I'm in the process of converting my trackick 2wd to 4wd. I haven't actually started anything but I'm workin on getting all the parts... I found a guide for an x-90 that should help you.

http://bbs.zuwharrie.com/content/topic,20946.0.html

Other than Ronin on zuwharrie I don't know of anyone who has done it, and no one on here seems to really know the all part differences. I'm getting a FSM and hopefully it will give me a list of the parts that differ.

ok from what i've found, every part interchanges but there is one bracket that need to be welded on.  It should be a simple swap.

You know that a X90 frame is the same as a kick right?  that artical you found would work just the same on your kick.

With that being the case, wouldn't the easiest solution be just to lift the body off and mount it on a 4WD Tracker frame???

No I didn't know an x-90 and a kick had the same frame, thanks for letting me know.

And yes it would be easy to drop my body on a 4wd frame, if I had a 4wd frame or the money to pay for one.

That article is for an X90, like it says you will also need the correct front diff or R&Ps.

What do you mean? Can you elaborate a bit? Won't the correct front diff come with my complete axle hub to hub that I'm picking up? It is from a 5 speed, so it should have the 5.12 gears, and I have a 5 speed so the gears should match right?

Sorry, I got my nested quotes wrong  :-[ The X90 has a 4.62 front diff (or thereabouts) The Kick is OK.

Would anyone with a stock trackick axle and transfer case setup mind taking a few pictures of underneath showing the mounts for the front axle, transmission, and transfer case? I'd really appreciate it. I have no 4x4 trackicks in my area that I can look under, and I want to get an idea of how it differs from mine. I have a manual coming soon and that should help, but pictures would be greatly appreciated if someone has some spare time.
