Hello every body ! In first sorry for my poor english, I hope that you will endrestand me !!

I have a GV 2 L HDI ( 5 doors ) and when I start engine the idle engine is at 1000 tmin ( normaly it is at 800 trmin ) Thiere is 4 month the porblem was come and at Suzuki they change an beam electric. The problem has finish but since 2 days the problem is return ! it does not appear all the time, at the moment it is at the morning, is it the starter whitch is blocked ?? At suzuki they says that is normaly idle is normaly, but 1000-1100 trmin is so hignt !! I hope that you help me.

I have the same engine. If it is only when the engine is cold, I wouldn't worry too much about it...

Sorry for my very late answer, I'm from Perpignan in France, for the moment the problem is off, laste week I had a big problem with the alternator, i must be change it !

Hi. You must be the forum member that is closest to me, only 300 kms!
My GV has the same engine as yours, and it is the 3 door model. Have you had any problems about it loosing oil? Another forum I paritcipate in has about 5 members with the same problem as me, the oil seal from the crankshaft (on the gearbox side) breaks allowing all the oil to come out. Is this the case with yours? The other people I know have exactly the same engine but all the 3 door model.
