If I built 2" spacers, could I sell them???  How much would people pay?

I've been making and selling 1-1/2" coil spacers for a couple months now. Even charging around half of your price, sales are slow. You do realize that a 2" spacer up front would make for over 3" of front lift with no provision for a front diff drop(darn lever-fulcrum effect of the a-arms...). That would mean some severe CV angle stress and increased wear...
Had a cool sig pic till I changed the text... sigh...

i have been selling the machined version of these spacers for a while.  They sell for around $25 a pair real well on e-bay.  Much higher and things slow down.

I am now starting to cast (mold) the spacers out of poly urethane ( like a daystar spacer).

I will be able to sell these a lot cheaper because of the material cost is a lot lower and the labor is greatly reduced.  All of the money is in the mold.

I am thinking about starting them on e-bay around $15 a pair or $30 for a set of 4,  with buy it now at $20 and $40.

If you haven't seen it here is a post on zuwharrie showing my fist tracker.

How's the durability of the polyurethane? How do they hold up to the compression up front? I experimented with it a little and found it to be too soft to hold it's shape long in the front coil buckets especially. The stuff I was using lost it's shape within a month or two... That's why I went back with the machined UHMW Poly. Much tougher stuff!

I am using the same shore d hardness poly as daystar.  I am running these in three trackers around here with no problems.

But this is why I am looking for a few more people to test them (would like to find people close to here).

Well, SOme people are running 2"inch spacers without problems.
Maybe a 1 3/4 would be better?
