Where to cut bumper mounts on sammy?

Where to cut bumper mounts on sammy?

Im ready to trim the round pipe that used to hold the bumper for more wheel clearance.

How close can i cut them to the suspension mount?

I assume you are talking about the body mount.  I would cut about 1/4 away.  Or flush if you like.  No strength loss
