A few weeks ago i've manged to kill my both front shafts in just a few minutes of offroading. Now i'm startingen with the repair. My axle (tjhe left), the inner schaft is pulled out the outher bearing but there is nothing broken. Can i put it back together or is my axle death?

did you pull the inner shaft and inspect it? If it just came out a small amount (like 1/4" or so), you should be able to just reseat it.

To be safe tho, you should pull it completely, make sure the bearing isn't fawked and also check that the splines aren't damaged.

To be REAL safe, go ahead and replace that inner as well, and use the "abused" one as a spare ...

It pulled out of the wheel bearing?  Did those two nuts back themselves off?  All the thread wore off of mine because they backed off just enough for the whole wheel to wobble a bit.  Check yours, it could be the root of the problem.  Never thought it was possible for both shafts to break on the same occasion, so hopefully the problem isn't broken axles.  You should be sure that your hubs are all there and functioning properly too.

ok ... not what I thought ... when you said "inner shaft" I was thinking the LH side shaft that is inside the differential housing ...

sry, can;t help ya on the CV repair (I'd just replace).

No, the LH shaft that sits in the housing is now 2 pieces

I'll second that, don't waste your time, replace.
