I would say a junkyard.  In all honesty, if you find one thats not been exposed to weather much, just rip it out and give it a good cleaning.  The other option is Ebay but, thats gonna cost a bit more.

Another option is to forget the carpet.  I chose to leave it out after pulling the original one up and just use some rubber floor mats.  Don't have to worry about mud and can pull the drain plugs and hose it out!
