Body lifts and bumpers
« on: October 17, 2005, 08:39:04 AM »
A few months ago I installed a calmini grill guard to the front of my '03 tracker.  It attaches at two points; the bumper re-inforcement bar and to the frame.

If I install a body lift, how will I be able to mount my grill guard, since there will now be an extra two inches of space between the fame and the bumper?

Anybody done somethin like this before?
You'll never catch me now!

the bumber doesn't move with the body lift ... (unless you use some bumber relocation brackets).

I'd say just ditch the plastic cover, paint the inner reinforcebar black, mount it all up in standard position (and not try any relocation).
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy it.

Yeah, they smile no matter how cold it is. Think I'll turn the covers upside down when it snows. ;D
