Heater motor removal

Do i have to remove the dash to remove the heater motor {blower} on a 91 samuria.tia

everything that I have heard about that subject says yes.  since you have it out it would be a great time to clean everything in the heating system however...

You might want to check the switch
before you tear the whole dash apart

It was the switch in my samurai that was bad.
take the switch out clean it with electrical points cleaner and put it back in then see if it still doesn't work.

Thanks , It was the switch,,Just got the samuria,First trip up the mountain today, am very impressed,I,ve had jeeps and landcruisers and i think i will like this one better..
