No kidding. Where does the exhaust from every boat go!

Aw, c'mon Mike - boats don't have exhaust!  They'd need mufflers if they had exhaust!  I bet you can't run a snorkel on a BOAT, either - you just KNOW it would lead to some kind of hooliganism!  So...

I should be able to wheel my vehicle with Colorado tags (and a snorkel) there, because it's legal in Colorado, right?

No snorkels allowed on state property. Private is totally different.

umm, shop-vac hose anyone.  It works! :D  But I went with something a bit more durable...flexible PVC from the pool store.  I don't think it suffers the ill effects of sunlight like its hard plasticy couterpart.  And it bends pretty good, as long as its warm.  A 90degree turn is pretty tough though, probably wanna seal up an elbow at that point.
