Got my sami in the spring of '00.  It was already lifted, but I've spent a lot of time fixing the P.O. Booty fab, and creating some of my own.....lol

It all depends on which Zuk your talking about.

The first one was a '94 JLX Sidekick purchased new in '94 pretty much tricked it out with brush guard, mud flaps, ss rocker panels, fog & driving lights.  Owned it two years until wife hit black ice and totaled it out.

Second one was a 95 JX Sidekick was a knock about for running NW Logging roads.  Traded it for Grand Vitara for myself and traded an '96 Ford Exploder for an other Grand Vitara for the wife in 2000.

2002 traded both Grand Vitara's for a 2002 XL-7.

Traded '02 XL-7 for '05 XL-7 a year ago.

I also own an '88 Samurai I bought about three years ago.  It's a work in progress,  have replaced both front and rear bumpers with heavy Channel Iron, put combination side rocker panel/steps on sides set up class III recievers in both bumpers, tow bar set up on front bumper and calimini skid plate under tranny and transfer case.  It's currently down in La Center, Wa having a complete turn key High Performance 1300cc Engine, clutch/pressure plate replacement to the tune of about $4,500.00.

July 03: bought stock Zuk
By Christmas 03, it was lifted, locked in rear, new tires, exhaust, bumpers, sliders & skids
2004: coil spacers & shocks
2005: new sliders, lower gears with new locker, & parts Zuk!

I've got just over $2000 in it including the parts Zuk.  Still got a couple more mods to go!
