I took my PS off a 4 door with a 16v, it bolts on but I found that the pulley didn't align properly with the crank pulley so I had to tweak the bracket a little.

Power steering requires it's own pulley,
so grab that too, makes the install easier

well, looks like im going to have to take the rad out to get the box into place.  anyone with the 4dr box and the 2dr shaft have a problem with the shaft being too long and the splined shaft on the box hitting the little u joint on the steering shaft

i donno if that made sence  ???

Are the shafts different between the
two boxes? did you get the 4 door shaft
to match the box?

no i didn't get the 4 dr shaft, the splines are the same but the 4dr box is longer then my 2dr standard so that extra depth might made the splines off the shaft on the box go in to far and get into the little steering u joint?  it just looks this way

When I rev the engine up I get alot better steering so I think it is the belt being to loose.  Going to get the propor bolts from the suzuki dealer today and I will tighten it up and see how its doing then. . . will maybe take some pics if someone likes ???
