Holy Poo Poo Batman!
I will say this, if the owner of a company ever spoke to me that way, especially in a public forum, not only would I never do business with him or her again, but I would do everything in my power to make sure nobody else I knew did either.  I don't care if Heather was right or wrong in making her comments.  If you want to stay in business, you just don't speak to customers that way, current, former or otherwise.
