Simple Question.

Is the 1.8 liter sport t case and tranny different from the 1.6L transfer case and tranny.

More Specifically, will the Calmini tcase gears fit in a 1.8L tcase?

I think they would fit, the yokes might be a diffrent spline count but other than that I do not see any diffrence in the x-fer case, the trans you have to grind back the input shaft a little bit for the pilot bearing to go on a little further to fit a 1.6 or vise versa, I know that they are real close, the x-fer case might take a diffrent oil seal on the yokes but if you know the application for it your good to go.

Cool, but, will Calmini's transfer case 4.24:1 gears fit in a 1.8Liter tranfers case?

If not, does anyone make gears for this transfer case?
