The extra weight makes a 4 door with 4 door springs sit the same height as a 2 door with 2 door springs.
97 Sidekick 4door 5 speed, 1.5 spacer lift, 2" body lift, CJ rims, locked rear, 31's, 4:1 low <SOLD>
01 Vitara 2.0L 5 speed, 2.5" Calmini lift, 2" body lift, Sidekick rims, locked rear, 31's, 4:1 low, 5.13 diffs <SOLD>
03 XL7 2.7 5 speed, 4.5" AE lift with OME springs, 2" AE body lift, 5.13 diffs, 3:1 low, 235/80R17 BFG AT's on Ultra 17x8 with 1" spacers, skid plates, Balmer Fab front bumper

I don't think they're that much longer, the 4-doors have a slightly higher spring rate which makes them longer without compression, the lighter 2-door doesn't compress them as much so you get a smidge of lift. I think it's only about .5".

Yeah I had the LWB front springs in my SWB for a while as I needed a harder one due to the weight of the winch & bullbar.

I got Calmini's now so its all good.

I wouldnt put the LWB springs in unless you plan on carrying more weight.. Eg Bullbars Winch rear Bar ect..

If you are just doing it for the lift don't as it will be way too hard of a ride. Just get some spring spacers for a cheap lift option.
