Did you unplug anything when you raised the body that you forgot to plug back in?

Check your lines and make sure you didn't get a kink in your gas lines. :-/

Holy shyte man...slow down and watch what you're typing...its easier to help if we can figure out what you're asking ;)

I'd look around and make sure no wires were pulled off...doesn't the coil have a wire going to ground? Just a thought ???

Cap is not needed on tank

Check Wires and Fuel lines

Check fuel pump wires, did
you disconnect them or did
they get pulled ???

Also check the distributor cap, mine was very close to the firewall during the lifting process and I had to remove one of the plug wires until after the lift was done.

No resets that I know of

There is a relay in the back
opposite the fuel filler, you get to it
from inside the rear thru the pannel

That's the darndest thing.  My '92 did the same thing after installing a 2" body lift.  Turned out to be the ECM on mine so I don't know how it could possibly be related to doing a body lift!
At any rate, can you hear the fuel pump running?  Should run for 3 seconds after you turn on the key.  Have you tried pouring gas directly in the throttle to see if it will run?  If it does, take a look at Mike Hagan's post earlier titled something like "won't start without ether".
