does anyone have a diagram of the top of the transfer case. I have no 4x4 indicator so i replaced with a brand new one plugged it in tested before screwing in and it work. Screwed it in and nothing. So i pulled it back out tested by hand still works but noticed when i shifted into 4wd that nothing is moving in the hole where the switch goes. does anyone have any ideas or diagrams.

Not sure on the tracker but on the sammy it has a small metal ball under the sensor and the ball triggers the switch. I assume the ball is raised mechanically by the internal linkage. If the tracker is the same then maybe you are missing that ball.

I just put 80/90 weight in the transfer case. Works great for me.
As for the ball, I would give Hawk Suzuki a call if your in the states.
