I know of him and what he's done, his names Xfaktor he frequents  zookpower.ca , team swift, pirate, offroad.com, but not sure if he's been around here.

he definitely knows his zuks, last years suzican he was running a 1.6 twin cam frankenstein motor in his samurai on 31's, that was a real screamer!

I have the exact same t'case setup in my rig and it's all home fabbed, I believe he did his rock lobster and twin stick himself, the build up shows all from what I see in his website

the only thing I didn't do to the dual t'cases was TIG welding plates to the kick case after cutting off the front driveshaft output. cost- $60 bucks Can.

the only differences betwwen my setup and Xfaktor's is my intermediate shaft, mine is just a shortened kick driveshaft, X connected the 2 flanges together with a single Ujoint and built a frame to connect the sammi case to the kick case as one unit, basically a ghettoed OTTkicker3

;) :o 8) ;)   :) :)    8) 8) 8)   Welcome to the Darker side.

I've got the F-150 coils, TT's Mighty Kong, and an extra sammy case and D-shafts ready to fab.   But then I ran across two screamin deals, a 1995 2dr Conv Kick, and a 1998 2dr Conv Kick.  Now I've got some more (Non 4-door) work to do.

ugh those toy truck axles look narrow. :P

I believe the axles are about 5-6 inches narrower than a sidekick axle. Can somebody maybe correct me on this? How exactly do the toy pickup truck axles fit and feel under a track kick? I've seen Glenns, and I guess it doesn't look bad..  If I were to do toy axles (which I may do in the future) I think the axles I'd need to be looking at are from a toy landcruiser 60 series:

Lots of rust too, so why not make it a trail rig lol.

74.3:1 final drive? Wow. Mine is 179:1.  ;D

:)

I'd like to see some pictures of that truck outside of the garage.  Good job though. It's always neat to see someone take on the SAS project.

Wow, not bad. Have a look at mine. I have installed a D44 front and Ford9" from a 66' Bronco with Spools and 5.83 gears. I also run 35" MudRover tires from Dunlop and a Twin stick convert to go 2WD low.

What do you think ??? ;D
