Try a search for
automatic at Ack's FAQ (the link is in my signature, below).
There is a pdf document that is part of the '96 Tracker FSM describing three-speed and four-speed automatic transmission maintenence. Links to more detailed information found in the '96 Tracker FSM may appear in the coming weeks.
The 3-speed AT is a pretty much manually controlled unit. The 4-speed OD transmission has it's own ECM and is a bit more of a challenge to work on without the FSM (that section will be available at the FAQ eventually after I finish the bathroom remodel

).
Finally, you mentioned that you have a
'95 Zuki JX with an AT. Not to be mean or anything but this description is not very helpful. A "Zuki JX" could be a Samurai with an engine/transmission swap or a Sidekick. If it is a 4-door Sidekick, it has the 4-speed AT. If it is a 2-door Sidekick, it has the 3-speed AT. Knowing specific information like the exact make and model of your truck makes it easier for us responders to give you accurate information.
I hope that this helps!
