And will they work with all my plugs ect in my 1997 LSI model?
On the Hondas and Toyotas I've seen it's bolt-out, bolt-in. The Japanese like to keep things as simple & modular as possible - it's a BIG part of keeping production costs down. I'm pretty sure Suzuki would be the same way considering they share a LOT of parts between models. Sean Devinny (

Buying from a reputable JDM supplier, who backs their junk with a warranty isn't rolling the dice any more than buying a rebuilt motor from a shop that backs their junk with a warranty. I really don't see how one is any more risky than the other.
That said, I'm down to rebuild my own junk, when there's a clear advantage to doing so. For me, that usually means when I want more performance bits.
