Yes, it is a Milemarker winch. a Milemarker E3000 to be exact. I'll be adding the roller fairlead once it arrives and will be using it with a snatch block pretty much all the time. The next steps in it's building will include a hoop over the winch to protect it as well as add a place for a pair of off road lights and I'm also going to be adding a large 1/2" bolt with a nut to each side where the bumper bolts to the frame for added strength. I'll have to cut a hole big enough in the frame to allow me to slip the nut inside, but the added strength will be worth it. It will also be getting a nice gloss black paint job once it's all done, but with how much use it will see, I can't see the added cost of powder coating it. I'm also adding a pair of weld-on D rings from tractor supply store to give me better recovery options.
This thing *was* originally going to be made from 2" round seamless exhaust tubing, but my friend and fabricator found a huge pile of this 2" square stock behind his shop, so we used it instead. The skidplate is 12 gauge steel deck plate welded to a truss that's bolted to the front A arm bolts, as well as bolted to the cross member under the tranny and the bumper itself. Plus the skidplate has stiffening ribs added to the top side of it to keep it from buckling.
